Pets are welcome with management approval (monthly pet rent of $40 per pet plus a $300 non-refundable pet fee).

Utilities: Electricity is billed directly through Puget Sound Energy. Water, sewer, and garbage are billed separately through RUBS (Resident Utility Billing System) via the resident portal. Renter’s insurance is required.
